Thank you so much. We’ve been working hard to take things to a new level reaching more kids than ever! Thank you for your support. Let’s make 2010-2011 season one of the best ever!

We are now in heavy rehearsals for our live musical dance production. It is coming together and the pressure in on!!! (smile) — the dancing, the drumming and the acting all through everyone’s pain, sweat and tears. I want to applaud, all the efforts and hard work, that has been made from all the students of the Academy. The band is learning all the music and L.A. Connection is looking forward to taking Stand Up, Speak Out, Make A Difference on a magic musical experience. Get Ready – Set – Go – don’t miss it!!! We want to see your face in the place!!!!

Well, the Austin Dancers are hard at work rehearsing for their next really big shoe! I undertstant that rehearsals are going well, lots of work. Artistic Director Debbie Wiliams says there are still some wrinkles to smooth out before the show on Saturday, November 20th. We also are welcoming new students that will perfrorm for the first time as Austin Dancers. WELCOME!

I personally am looking forward for this version of this year’s theme “Stand-Up, Speak Out, Make A Difference!”, as with new students there are always things that have to adjusted to a student’s skill level. This year time flew from classes begining inSeptember to the show this month. What a challenge, but for Debbie and L.A. (Musical Director), this is old hat, they work really well under pressure and it shows in the actual stage performance.

Cudos and let’s have a great procudtion as this is the last time for Stand-Up, Speak Out, Make A Difference, next year’s theme will be something to reallly look forward to I’m sure. Debbie has not even let out a little hint, but I’m trying to get her tell me a lil’ somethin.

As a recent contributor to the Austin Dancers Academy I understand the importance of children filling their extra hours during the day when they may or may not be supervised. I can’t wait to see my own 8 year old grandaughter on the stage in June as she will be joining the Austin Dancers Academy at the end of the month. Keep up the good work.
